Excellent service. All my questions were answered promptly and clearly by the person in charge, Roos den Dulk, the international move coordinator. I was helped by their advice on completing all forms for customs, duties, etc and continually updated on the progress of my shipment. Prior notice about the delivery date was supplied and the driver let me know the day before when the delivery would be made and he was punctual. Everything very smooth and professional. My shipment arrived in great shape, nothing missing. Thanks Gerson!

I had shipped my person effects from New York to Geneva following my relocation to the ITU Head Office. All my things came in tact and I particularly like the professionalism of the driver who delivered the stuff to my apartment on the 7th floor of my building with a small elevator that can only fit one big box at a time! Throughout the time of the shipment I was keep in the loop by Roos den Dulk by email. However I would recommend that the company makes a full declaration of costs in the beginning as I was later billed extra amounts after delivery to the warehouse in New York and in Geneva for delivery above the 2nd floor. Notwithstanding, I am satisfied with this service and will use it again. I recommend them!

What to say more than just great and professional. Gerson helped me with my move from Amsterdam to Frankfurt and did everything for me, making my move smooth and stress free. They took great care of my furniture and handled every item with extra care! Also, Roos - our move manager - was super available and made sure we got the exact services we needed.

I used GMS for moving my musical supplies from the Netherlands to the USA with groupage shipping. All instruments, studio gear, and vinyl records made it to me in their original condition. Although it did take a little longer than expected, my main priority was the condition of my gear when it arrived. GMS met my expectations and communicated back instantly regarding the status of my items.

A big thank you to Daniele, Niels and their team for the wonderful service that we received on the European leg of our shipment. Their service was professional, friendly, and they are always ready to assist. Emails were responded to immediately, and they are very organised. Our belongings arrived a day earlier than was originally planned, which was fantastic. Lukas and Michael were extremely friendly, kept us up to speed on the delivery day, and handled our boxes carefully. The Gersons team go the extra mile, and I highly recommend them!

Her communication with us was impeccable and showed her proactivity. Within 24 hours of our inquiries, we had a response with a solution when one was needed. A team that listens to you, is serious and the cherry on the cake, very friendly! Moving abroad is not easy. For me, it was very stressful, because I had to move without being able to be there. Everything was done remotely. The Gerson team was very professional and reassuring. My containers arrived without any damage. I was surprised on the day of delivery, because there was only one delivery person. I had the pleasure of experiencing moving services by GERSON. This company successfully shipped 28 packed items from Australia to France. Everything worked extremely well. My shipment arrived with every single object intact and in as good a condition it was in when leaving overseas. My impression of dealing with the company online, on the phone and directly with the driver when arriving is 10 out of 10. Everyone I interacted with was clear with instructions, delivery times/place was spot on. The driver/delivery person named Lukas was phenomenal: punctual, courteous, swift and a fun person.
